Cabo Frio - Rio de Janeiro
It is located in the north coast of Rio, in the region of Los Lagos.
Its own name does not reflect its natural conditions. It has a splendid sun during the whole year and, in summer, the temperature increases considerably.
This is one of the most cosmopolitan cities of the region of Costa del Sol. It is famous because of its beaches and dunes.
It possesses an excellent tourist infrastructure.

Do Peró. It is 7 kilometres long. It contains huge sand dunes which are perfect to practice sandboard.
Das Conchas. This is a permanently visited beach with calm waters and white sand.
Brava. A solitary beach with big waves and yellow sand.
Do Forte. An urban beach that is constantly visited. It has fine white sand and big waves.
Das Dunas. Its main characteristic are its sand dunes. It is considered as an area of environmental preservation.
Do Foguete. This beach is occupied by summer houses. It has fine clear sand and big waves.
