Balneario Camboriu - Santa Catarina

Balneário Camboriu is located to the north of Santa Catarina Department, is one of the most visited Brazil destinations. It stands out in the tourist as one of the most beautiful beaches of the south, persons of different countries visit it the hole year, specially from catarineneses, gauchos and paranenses. During March and April, people from Paraguay, Chile and Argentina visit this touristy place.

Camboriu Beach Resort was occupied in 1758. The city was part of Camboriu, only after its administrative autonomy in 1964, it was named Balneario Camboriu.

- Beto Carrero: Located only 35 minutes away from Camboriu, one of the biggest thematic parks of Brazil.

- Igreja da Barra: It was built in 1846 “Nossa Shenhora do Bom Sucesso”, was built by slaves, with whale oil and stucco. It is one of the oldest ones of Santa Catarina.
