Joinville - Santa Catarina

This city is the industrial centre of Santa Catarina. It is placed 188 kilometres from Florianópolis. Joinville has a strong German influence thanks to the colonization process.

Fenachopp. One October. It is a second famous party in Brazil.

The Party of The Flowers. On November, during this celebration, the city is adorned by lots of flowers, which left a marvellous aroma.

Joinville is also known as The Capital of The Dance because it is the unique see of The Bolshoi Ballet Company outside Russia, in consequence, a school of such Company works in the city.
