Activities to develop:
Arborismo
One of the newest sports. It can be done by observation or it can be acrobatic. In the first case, the supporter walks amongst the trees by using aerial footbridges protected, the most part of the time, by nets. This practice is employed by biologists and scientists in order to study the flora and fauna grouped on the top of the trees.
Being always fastened to a safe rope, tourists climb nets, walk over sections of steel and try to keep their balance until the end of the journey. Brotas holds one of the most qualified circuits of arborism in Brazil.
Canyoning in The Cassarova Waterfall
This rocky waterfall, 70 meters height, permits the practice of canyoning at a basic level. The first 15 meters are followed by a small drop. This waterfall is placed in the Cassarova Country State.
Boya-cross
There are two levels to practice boya-cross: the basic one, one hour length and 4 kilometres route; and the radical one, with two hours length and 7 kilometres route.
Rafting on The Jacaré-Papira River
The level of difficulty in this practice goes from easy to medium. There are 5.5 kilometres of a clean sea, with transparent waters, ideal for surfing too.
Mountain Bike
With activities and routes for beginners and advanced level people.
