Itarare - São Paulo

In the Tupi-Guaraní Language, Itararé means "stone excavated by the river".

This city is recognised because of its natural attractions: beautiful sceneries, waterfalls and canyons.

It is located in the south west region of Sao Paulo, close to the State of Paraná, 40 kilometres from the city.

Lajeado Grande Waterfall
42 meters height and 30 meters of water curtain.

Corisco Waterfall
One of the biggest of the region with 96 meters height. It is situated inside The Corisco Valley.

Valle del Paraiso Stay
In this place, The Invernada Cascade and the Loro River gullies are located; they are also called Las Siete Caídas (The Seven Fallings). The entire site is situated in a canyon surrounded by sand walls, 50 to 60 meters height.
