The visa will be required to foreign that visits Brazil by more time of what is permitted that is to say native of countries that do not possess agreement with the Department of Brazilian Foreign Affairs.

M. Malt, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, San Marine, Senegal, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Uruguay and Vatican.

Permission for 90 days without visa to those coming from: South Africa, Albania, Angola, Armenian, Barbados, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Chile, Korea of the South, Costa de Marfil, Costa Rica, Croatia, Egypt, El Salvador, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Gabán, Guatemala, Guiné Bissau, Honduras, Hungary, India, Iceland, Malaysia, Marrocos, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, New Zealand, Netherlands / Holland, Panama, Poland, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic, Romenia, Russia, S. Tomé y Príncipe, Surinam, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

Without visa, with right to permanency of 180 days: Of Philipine or of Cuba. For 30 days, if outside of Guyana or of China.

Countries that don´t require visa for possessors of Official Passport or of Service: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom/GB, Greece, Ireland, Luxemburg, Norway, Orden S. M. Malt, Portugal, San Marine, Senegal, Switzerland and Vatican.

Permission for up to 90 days without visa to those coming from: South Africa, Albania, Argentina, Armenian, Barbados, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, Korea of the South, Costa del Marfil, Costa Rica, Croatia, Egypt, El Salvador, Ecuador, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Finland, France, Gabán, Guatemala, Guiné Bissau, Honduras, Hungary, India, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, New Zealand, Netherlands / Holland, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Dominican Republic, Czech Republic, Romenia, Russia, San Tomé y Príncipe, Sweden, Surinam, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela and Vietnam.

For 30 days, if they were of China or of Guyana. For up to 180 days, for visitors from Austria, Philipine, Peru and Tunisia.

Visitors that come to business and they don´t require visa: Of the following countries: South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Korea of the South, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Slovenia, Spain, Philipine, Finland, France, United Kingdom/GB, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Luxemburg, Morocco, Mexico, Mónaco, Norway, New Zealand, Orden S. M. Malt, Netherlands / Holland, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, San Marine, Sweden, Switzerland, Surinam, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay and Vatican.

Countries without diplomatic relationships with Brazil: The visa is strictly facilitated to visitors of tourism or of business. It is the case of the following countries: Bután, African Central Republic and Taiwan.

Requirements of Application: It is necessary the presentation of the passport modernized with at least 6 months of validity and picture to colors of 3x4 or 5x7 with white fund for who requires visa to Brazil. This visa is requested with the filled of the Form of Order of Visa in Brazilian Consulates in the exterior. A rate is paid in agreement to the type of visa and to the time that the visitor will remain in the country. Smaller than 18 years should present signs authorization under of the parents or responsible.

Validity: With common passport, to tourism: 90 days.

For tourists from Venezuela: 60 days without visa necessity.

With passport common to business: 90 days, with or without visa depending the country.

Products authorized by the Customs and free of taxes: Personal articles, books, magazines, medications of personal use, 400 cigarettes or 250g of tobacco (for older than 18 years), a radio, typewriter, video camera and it photographs and portable computer.
